Janet Garcia

Executive Business Manager

Janet oversees all office functions including customer service and human resources.

Janet also works with all of the Managers in the various Departments of Masters Company, Inc. in the day to day operations of the Company.

Fred Miller

Blending Manager

Fred attended Chicago State University and started working for Masters Company in 1996.

Fred has 24 years experience within Masters' blending compound department and he takes pride in producing quality products within a timely manner with a goal to provide great quality work and improve efficiency to satisfy our customers.

Teresa Williams

Business Manager

Contributing marketing and sales to the MCI Team, Teresa is the first point of contact with new customers. Experienced in the various products which Masters Company offers to the water treatment industry she is happy to assist customers with questions about products or transitioning from their current supplier to MCI.

Maria Castellanos

Business Manager of Accounting

Maria attended College of DuPage and joined the team at MCI in 1999 where she held a role in data entry/order processing.

Maria is currently the Business Manager of Accounting where she is responsible for Accounting/ Purchasing. She is also responsible for record updating, ensuring all blending orders are processed accurately by our staff and providing customer service.

Garret S. Garcia

Chemist-Senior Technical Director

Garret has been with MCI for many years serving in a variety of technical and corporate capacities and is currently MCI's Senior Technical Director.

Garret has been involved with technical committee work for several trade organizations including AWT's Technical Committee and Special Projects Chairperson. Garret is responsible for internal technology initiatives as well as market and customer liaison for application support and technical guidance.

Cosmin Seres

Laboratory Manager

Cosmin graduated from "Politehnica" University of Timisoara, faculty of Industrial Chemistry and Environmental Engineering with a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering. Cosmin has more than 10 years experience in the laboratory environment including Lab Management, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Analytical Testing, Technical Support, and Chemical Manufacturing.

Cosmin is proud to be a part of the MCI organization since 2008 and managing their modern laboratory since 2010. He is passionate about chemistry, problem solving and is focused on customer needs.
